The service
Maya Together provides Maya Chol Q’ij calendar calculations and original contemporary workplace reflection exercises. The workplace content is not a traditional pair-compatibility method or a scientifically validated assessment.
Your program and price
The total and participant allowance are shown before checkout. Prices are in USD. The first 10 places cost $390; places 11–50 cost $29 each; places after 50 cost $24 each. Choose an immediate or future start within 30 days of purchase. A program lasts 90 periods of 24 hours from its confirmed start; its exact start and end are shown in the program time zone. A scheduled start can be changed or cancelled before it begins. Programs do not renew automatically.
One person uses one place when they first activate a reading in a program, regardless of team memberships or permitted pair readings. Invitations and administration without reading activation use no place. Activated places remain consumed, including when a person withdraws or loses access. Additional places share the original expiration date, which is shown before payment. There are no automatic overage charges.
Review the merchant, amount and any displayed tax treatment at checkout. Custom invoicing, purchase orders, tax documentation or contractual requirements must be agreed in writing before purchase. Tax obligations are not determined by collecting a tax identification number alone.
Refunds and expiration
An unused, unlaunched paid program can be refunded through Program billing. If the launch window is missed, request that refund before purchasing a new program. Once active, unused places do not roll over to another program. For an active-program problem, contact us with the program reference so we can review a remedy. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded.
New readings and agreement edits end after the 90-day term. Existing shared reports remain available for 30 more days, subject to continued sharing, for participants to export. A further program requires a separate purchase.
Live readings and prints
A reading request is not a booking. We confirm the reader, scope, language, appointment, price and cancellation terms before sending a payment link. A print request is not a production order: approve the proof, availability, shipping quote and delivery estimate before payment. Your account holds the request and our reply.
Participation and appropriate use
Use your own information or information another adult has expressly agreed you may use for a private reading. Do not import employee birth dates from HR records. The product is for voluntary adult learning and conversation, not hiring, promotion, pay, dismissal, employee ranking or staffing decisions.
Organizers must respect a decision to decline, offer an equal-time conversation-only alternative, and refrain from requesting private reports or screenshots. Participants may disagree with any interpretation. Do not use the service for emergency, clinical or legal advice.
Optional Companion add-on
Maya Together Companion costs $15 USD per purchased participant place, before applicable taxes, for the existing program term. It includes 120 AI replies per participant per program; one conversation can contain up to 20 replies. The first free preparation includes up to six replies in one conversation per account in an active program. Failed replies do not use an allowance. Reopening a conversation is free. Deleting it does not restore used replies. The upgrade covers all purchased program places; additional places include the same upgrade. Access ends with the program and does not renew automatically.
Companion offers AI suggestions for voluntary conversation and learning. It does not determine a colleague’s personality or suitability for employment, predict their response, or replace professional advice or a human reading. Existing program refund conditions apply to the add-on; contact support to review a separate add-on refund. Retained conversations are read-only for 30 days after the program ends, subject to continued sharing permission.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights to the working drafts you contribute. You permit us to store and display them to authorized participants to provide the service. Both people can edit a shared draft; confirm its wording together. Do not include confidential business information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
You are responsible for having authority to purchase for your organization and for reviewing its privacy and access requirements. Corporate SSO, automated provisioning, certifications, service-level commitments and a data-processing agreement are not included unless separately confirmed in writing.
