How do the two free readings work?
Your first pair reading is available without an account. Sign in to save it and explore a second pair. Reopening a pair or changing its context uses no additional allowance. Each free pair includes two date corrections for the same named people.
Whose birth dates can I enter?
Enter your own, or another person’s with their permission. You can also sign in and create a private trial invitation so your colleague enters their own information. In a team program, each participant enters their own details. Please do not upload birth dates from employee records.
How does a manager invite a team?
- Open your program and choose People & teams.
- Paste a list, upload a CSV, or add people individually. Include names, emails and optional departments.
- Under Send to, choose people, a department or everyone. Review the invitation before sending.
Each person chooses whether to join and enters their own birth information. Email delivery needs a connected sender; you can also share private invitation links individually.
Can a colleague help organize one program?
Yes. The organization owner can open People & teams inside the program and use Share the organizing to appoint an existing colleague. The colleague must have two-factor authentication enabled. They can prepare that program, organize its teams and send invitations. Billing and private readings stay separate. Organizing does not use a participant place; the colleague can choose to join as a participant separately.
Who can see my reading?
A pair report is shared only when both participants agree. Organizers can manage participation without automatically seeing private reports or working agreements. Both participants can separately authorize temporary facilitator access to the report; private notes and agreements stay outside that permission. You can withdraw sharing later; this cannot recall a file someone already exported.
Do you store my birth date?
No. We keep your calendar day and number so you can return to your reading. These results are still personal information when linked to your account. Read about your privacy.
Do I have to agree with what I read?
No. Your experience takes priority. Use what opens a useful conversation and leave what does not. Participation is optional, and the service is not an employment assessment.
Do we need a facilitator?
The conversation guide lets you begin on your own. If you want someone from your program to help, both participants can approve temporary access to their pair report for an eligible colleague. For a private live session, request a reading. We confirm the reader, scope, time and terms before payment.
How do I order a personalized print?
Choose your day and number, add the name you would like printed, and tell us your delivery country. We send a digital proof and shipping quote for approval before payment. Explore the collection.
How do I manage my account?
Open Account settings to set up administrator two-factor authentication, export your information, delete account content or send a support request. Organization owners need to transfer or close their organization before deleting their account.
