When does the program begin?
You choose when to launch, within 30 days of purchase. Your team then has 90 days of access. Your workspace shows the exact start and end dates. There is no automatic renewal.
What counts as a participant?
A place is used when a person activates their reading. Invitations are free. A person counts once within the same program, even across several teams or many shared relationships. An administrator who does not activate a reading uses no place. Activated places stay used for that program.
Can we add people or invite a client?
Yes. Additional places follow the same volume pricing and share the original end date. You review the cost and remaining time before paying. External collaborators can join by invitation and see only the relationships shared with them.
What happens at the end?
New readings and agreements stop when the 90 days end. Existing reports remain available for 30 more days, with continuing sharing permission, so participants can export their own information. A new program is a separate purchase.
Can we change our minds?
An unused, unlaunched program can be refunded through Program billing. For an active program or a service problem, contact us through your workspace. Applicable consumer rights still apply. Terms
