Maya Together for teams
Different gifts.
A stronger understanding.
Explore the natural gifts and shadows of your birth-day archetypes through the sacred Maya calendar. Understand what each person brings to a relationship, how those contributions meet, and why familiar differences deserve a closer look.
From $390 USD for up to 10 people. One payment.
Recognize what you
bring to one another.
One person may give an idea its voice; another may give it depth. Reading your birth-day archetypes together puts each person’s contribution into focus: the gift, its shadow, and what it offers the relationship.
Recognizing the value of a difference can make it easier to appreciate the person who brings it—and to understand why the same quality sometimes creates friction.
A moment worth looking at differently
“What might I be misunderstanding about you?”
Silence can be mistaken for distance. Directness can feel like pressure. The person behind either response may be trying to contribute in a way you have not yet understood.
Bring one familiar moment to the reading. Ask what each person experienced, what they hoped would be understood, and what looks different when you hear both accounts.
Founding teams
A small beginning.
An honest evaluation.
We’re welcoming Maya Together’s first clients. There are no client case studies or measured outcomes yet. Start with one team and decide what earns a place in the way you work together.
- 01 · Try it together
Begin with one colleague.
Explore a complete free pair reading. Bring a real situation: a difficult handoff, a recurring misunderstanding or a contribution you want to understand better.
- 02 · Give it time
Invite one willing team.
Six to ten people is a focused first group. $390 USD includes up to 10 participants for 90 days, with personal readings, shared readings and optional conversation guides. Larger groups can add places.
- 03 · Decide what to keep
Look for something specific.
After two weeks, ask what people recognize and what does not fit. At the end, decide whether the experience was worth returning to. A new program is always a separate choice.
Your feedback is welcome. Your story is yours.
Tell us what helped, what felt vague and what should change. Feedback is optional. We will ask separately before using a quote, company name or case study, and you approve what is published.
Talk with us about your teamUnderstanding unfolds.
Give it room.
Your 90-day program gives people time to explore a reading, sit with what resonates and return to it as real experiences bring something new into view.
- Week 1 · Begin
Recognize your natural gifts.
Explore your calendar day privately. Consider strengths you recognize and how a helpful quality can become difficult under pressure.
Begin: with yourself - Weeks 1–2 · Connect
Understand what you give each other.
Read with a willing colleague. Explore how your gifts meet, where you support one another, and which contribution you may have overlooked or misunderstood.
Explore: your relationship - Weeks 3–6 · Practice
Notice what comes into focus.
Return to the reading alongside everyday encounters. Notice when a familiar reaction makes more sense, or when an interpretation does not fit.
Consider: what you see differently - By day 90 · Carry forward
Carry forward your understanding.
Keep the insights you find meaningful. You may choose a practical change together; you may simply understand one another more fully.
Keep: what has meaning for you
Optional conversation guides and working agreements help you explore further. There is no required conclusion or agreement to complete.
A clear purpose.
A simple beginning.
Give the program a purpose.
Choose where more understanding would matter: a new team, a manager relationship, a cross-functional partnership or a team coming together for an offsite.
Prepare your people.
Paste a list or upload a CSV of names, emails and departments. Organize teams before you pay, then review the total and choose a start within 30 days of purchase.
Invite with intention.
Choose selected people, a department or everyone. Each colleague decides whether to join and whom to connect with. Your overview keeps invitations, available places and program dates in one place.
Trust makes the
conversation possible.
Participation is a choice. Personal readings and pair agreements do not become an HR report. Colleagues can disagree with an interpretation, withdraw sharing, or use the conversation guide without a calendar reading.
How privacy and administration workMake room for an honest response.
Ask what participants found useful, what they disagreed with and whether they felt free to decline. Let people keep their reflections private. A report of personal value is useful feedback; it does not establish that the program improved team performance.
The team workspace is in English, with USD checkout. The free reading is available in English and Spanish. Participants sign in with the account email on their invitation. Check available sign-in options before planning your launch.
